Do I need to be “ready”?
No. Come as you are. Bring your rage, your numbness, your overwhelm. All of it is welcome.
Will this work if I’ve already done therapy?
Yes — especially if therapy gave you awareness but no tools. This gives you both.
Is this safe for trauma survivors?
Absolutely. It’s trauma-aware, emotionally intelligent, and built with boundaries.
Do I have to finish it all at once?
Nope. You get lifetime access. Go at your own pace. Or come back when it hurts.
