2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Website Use

  • You must not misuse the site (malware, scraping beyond fair use, automated account creation).
  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach or security reasons.
  • All site content is owned by us or our licensors.

4. Accounts

  • Keep credentials confidential; you’re responsible for activities under your account.
  • Notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • Prices shown in GBP unless stated. VAT applied where required.
  • We use third-party processors; your card details are handled by them.
  • Orders are offers to buy; we accept by providing access/delivery.

6. Digital Content Licence (EULA)

Upon purchase we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for **personal use**. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to shared drives, or redistribute. You may print copies for personal use.

Schools/teams: separate licences are required for multi-user/classroom or institutional use.

7. Courses & Memberships

  • Access continues while your subscription is active and in good standing.
  • Renewals bill automatically per your cycle; you can cancel future renewals any time before the renewal date.
  • We may update content, features, or available materials over time.

8. Delivery & Availability

  • Digital items are delivered via download link or account access.
  • If a technical fault prevents access, we will repair, replace, or refund where required.

9. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Digital purchases are non-refundable once access is granted or a download/stream begins (subject to statutory rights). See the Privacy & Returns Policy for details. Physical goods (if offered) follow the returns process stated there.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All materials remain our property or that of our licensors.
  • No scraping or derivative works without written permission.

11. User Content & Community Rules

  • Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

  • You grant us a licence to host and display content you post within the service.
